- On 15 October 2026 the shareholders' meeting adopted resolutions before a notary appointing Maciej Koper as President of the Management Board and changing the company's name to Tandem Digital sp. z o.o.
The appointment took effect on the day of the resolution. Since 15 October 2026 Maciej Koper has been President of the Management Board and has represented the company. Under Polish law, the court register entry for the board only confirms the appointment.
The new name takes effect on the date of registration. The application to the National Court Register (KRS) was filed on 16 October 2026 and registration is expected in November 2026. Until then, the public register may still show the previous name, board and shareholder. The company's sole shareholder is AiMOR Dating Inc.15 października 2026 r. zgromadzenie wspólników podjęło w formie aktu notarialnego uchwały o powołaniu Macieja Kopera na Prezesa Zarządu oraz o zmianie nazwy spółki na Tandem Digital sp. z o.o. Powołanie jest skuteczne od dnia podjęcia uchwały: od 15 października 2026 r.
